We have been in the ranching business for more than 50 years, between Texas, New Mexico and Colorado encompassing more than 200,000 acres, so we know beef. Different types of beef have different tastes and texture depending on the feeding methods. Our choice of beef is Black Angus Reserve, aged and grain-fed.
